Check-in begins after 3:00 PM / Check-out by 12:00 PM

The reservation will be confirmed with a valid credit card to guarantee.

The credit card used to make the room reservation is required at check-in for a pre-
authorization, the deposit is subject to change based on rate type and blackout dates.

Valid government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in

Must be 18 years or older for room bookings and stay

Children under the age of 12 years are granted a complimentary stay in the existing bedding
configuration. Rollaway beds are available for certain room types at extra cost.

Early arrival/late departure is obtainable based on availability. Guaranteed early arrival/late
departure available for an additional fee dependent on date and room type.

Cancelations can be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival or the deposit will be forfeited.
Seasonal and rate-specific exceptions may apply. Late cancellation or no-show penalty will be
the equivalent of one night at full rate.

Faena Hotel Buenos Aires is a pet-friendly property and welcomes all four-legged furry travelers
up to 15 lbs for free. Pet admission is subject to change based on local government ordinances.

Valet service is available for all vehicles, $33 per vehicle for overnight valet.
