In a special collaboration between Chef’s Table and Francis Mallmann, this exclusive Los Fuegos Chef's Table Dinner Series benefits LA Relief efforts, inviting guests to indulge in his iconic Asado feast—a masterful celebration of flavor, and technique.

Commencing with a special, outdoor cocktail reception within Mammoth Garden, followed by a sumptuous dinner at Los Fuegos, featuring Whole Ribeyes, Hung Chicken cooked using Mallmann’s signature Dome technique, Salt-Crusted Wild Salmon, Smashed Potatoes, Empanadas, and more—all paired with fine wine and the warmth of a shared experience.

Proceeds from the Chef’s Table Dinner Series for LA Fire Relief, presented by Resy and Tock, will be split between Chef's Table restaurant partners and charities addressing multiple levels of the devastation suffered by the LA community from the recent fires.
Charities include: World Central Kitchen, who has been providing meals to first responders and community members affected by the disasters, Restaurants Care, a non-profit relief fund for F&B workers and restaurants, and the Palisades Community Fund and Altadena Community Fund, who are supporting with immediate relief efforts as well as long-term recovery initiatives.

Presented by Resy, this exclusive fundraising series has featured some of the Netflix show’s most emblematic chefs from critically-acclaimed restaurants around the world. As a part of Chef’s Table’s dedication to support the community, the series has curated one-night-only culinary dinners to give back to the Los Angeles community reeling from recent wildfire devastation. During each night of the Chef’s Table Dinner Series, each acclaimed chef features special dishes connected to their Chef’s Table episode in an effort to maximize the amount raised to help first responders and victims of the LA Fires. Following successful events in Chicago, Washington D.C., Savannah, Georgia, Minneapolis, and New York.
