After an unforgettable residency in 2016, we are thrilled to welcome back visionary Chef Grant Achatz and his world-renowned team for an exclusive collaboration at Faena Miami Beach. As part of their 20th Anniversary Tour, this extraordinary experience blends Alinea’s boundary-pushing innovation with Faena’s signature magic, once again redefining Miami’s dining scene.

Set within the bold and immersive setting of Pao, this limited engagement will explore the synergy between Alinea’s avant-garde approach and Miami’s vibrant flavors. Chef Achatz and his team will work alongside local purveyors and artisans to craft a menu that reflects both Alinea’s spirit of innovation and Pao’s fearless creativity, resulting in a one-of-a-kind gastronomic journey.

Beyond the artistry of the plate, this tour is a journey of evolution.
