Tierra Santa recently launched the Cryo Scrub Ritual, a unique contrast therapy treatment. It starts in the private scrub room with a personalized cleansing on a rose quartz-infused marble slab, followed by a full-body dry brush and a green tea and mint scrub to purify the skin. The ritual then moves to the dry sauna before diving into a cold plunge bath to enhance focus, reduce inflammation, and strengthen the immune system. It concludes with a calming body massage using quinoa balm to boost hydration, skin elasticity, and collagen production.
“Contrast therapy, alternating between hot and cold temperatures, improves circulation and muscle recovery by causing vasodilation and vasoconstriction,” said Agustina Caminos, the spa director at Tierra Santa. “This process aids the lymphatic system by helping move stagnant fluid and support the healing of damaged tissue.”
To boost rehydration further, the spa launched a Longevity Lounge with a wide range of IV drips to deliver vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into the body, nourishing it at a cellular level. “Intravenous vitamin therapy is the quickest way to restore optimum hydration and stimulate the immune system,” Caminos said.
For the ultimate glow, guests can book the Hyper-Customized Facial, which uses advanced skincare products rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and natural ingredients to replenish the skin. This 60- or 90-minute treatment focuses on areas prone to elasticity loss, delivering a lifting and tightening massage to firm the jawline, cheeks, and eyebrows. “The result is firmer skin with more volume, reduced fine lines, and improved texture.”
During August and September, the spa is offering an array of discounted treatments for Miami Spa Months. “Om Beauty!” combines a group yoga class followed by a hydrating hair mask, soothing scalp massage, and a blow-out at Rossano Ferretti. For a quick refresh, the Liquid Gold Quick Drip offers 30 minutes of IV Therapy in the Longevity Lounge, coupled with LED therapy to hydrate and reduce wrinkles, while the Sacred Summer Scrub is a 60-minute purification ritual combining contrast therapy and a cacao and mint scrub. The signature Sacred Warrior treatment utilizes massage and Pranic healing techniques, and finally, the 40-minute oxygenating facial Le Soin VIP 02 features Biologique Recherche products and LED therapy to smooth and rejuvenate the skin.
Noteworthy events include Tierra Santa’s annual Ultimate Wellness Summit on September 28 & 29; Basic Pranic Healing workshops on August 25-27 and October 25-27; regular Full Moon Sound Healings on Faena Beach with Jared Bistrong; and monthly Shamanic Family Constellation sessions with healer Eric Lopez.

Open Your Heart
Tierra Santa Healing House has launched a brand-new spa menu inspired by shamanic wisdom that has been passed down through generations of South American healers. The Ábrete Corazón treatment incorporates sound healing with a 60- or 90-minute deeply soothing cacao massage that uses the high anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of raw cacao to relax the body, alongside its powerful anti-stress qualities to help access deep states of consciousness. The extended 90-minute massage includes the application of hot stones to release specific areas of tension.
“Cacao is believed to be a heart opener,” said Spa Director Agustina Caminos. “In addition to its physical benefits, it has a profound impact on our emotional well-being and spiritual growth.”
