Woven into the lush jungles of Tulum, where the forest embraces the sea, this visionary destination intertwines holistic living, sacred wisdom, and cultural expression to elevate consciousness. Located at the edge of the Jaguar Reserve and the Caribbean Sea, Faena District Tulum is a paradise within a paradise, inspired by the jungle, sea, stars, and sky. At its heart, Tierra Santa Healing House draws upon ancestral Mayan rituals and cuttingedge technology to carve a new path toward transformational healing. A cliffside swimming pool and an ocean club with full-service cabanas create a riviera-inspired oasis, while two signature restaurants, helmed by world-renowned chefs, offer an unparalleled culinary experience. As night falls, a curated lineup of internationally acclaimed musicians ignites the lounge with electrifying performances. Designed by renowned arquitecht Brandon Haw with a deep respect for nature and ancient Mayan architecture, the district’s hotel and residences are seamlessly woven into the landscape. The 72 guest rooms, elevated within the treetops, reach toward the heavens, offering a serene retreat above the jungle canopy.
The 147 private residences redefine the art of tropical living, embracing the raw beauty of natural materials. Solid concrete structures are softened by warm wood accents, a palette of sky blues, ochre yellows, and dusty pinks, and interiors crafted from chukum, a local polished plaster. Burnt sienna privacy screens filter golden shafts of light across outdoor terraces and lush living spaces. Rooftop gardens with infinity-edge pools and outdoor kitchens offer breathtaking panoramas where the jungle meets the sky. Every detail is designed for harmony and refinement, from fully equipped kitchens to double vanity bathrooms adorned with mosaic detailing and soaking tubs that invite deep relaxation. As with all Faena properties, art is the alchemy that sustains the District, creating crosscultural dialogues that transcend geography, philosophy, and social practice to inspire a radical rethinking of the future. “We have a unique ability to create destination landmarks, platforms for personal expression and cultural interaction,” said Alan Faena. “After working so hard to bring our vision to the United States, I am now focused on sharing it with a larger audience, on bringing Faena to the world.”
