The evening unfolds in a symphony of tastes as the world’s finest caviar takes center stage. Savor the experience with a welcome reception of passed hors d'oeuvres, like salmon nigiri torched with tamari and fermented black beach chili oil, oysters with coconut beurre blanc foam with shiso oil and caviar or toro cone with caviar each a masterpiece of culinary artistry to a sumptuous pre-fixe menu, of caviar 25g Select Osetra with traditional accompaniments, bluefin chutoro with waygu chimichurri and strawberry boshi, prime ribeye with oxtail, wild mushroom, black garlic and more meticulously curated to tantalize the senses.
