Pilates Yoga on the Beach
Join the shaep community on Sunday, November 10th, 2024 at 9:30 AM for a 45 minute tone + flow class followed by a mini meditation with Kelsey Rose. The tone + flow series are pilates based and designed to sculpt, strengthen and lengthen your entire body! The class is sponsored by Truvani + Tarte Cosmetics
